DUI Services (10 Hour DUI School)SOS DUI services include DUI Assessments and DUI Schools. SOS facilitates both, 10 and 24 hour DUI Schools. SOS DUI services are certified by The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) and Alcohol and Drug Assessments meet state requirements for driver's license reinstatement.

For those offenders receiving an alcohol or drug related license revocation on or before June 30, 2003 you must complete an ADSAC assessment and either a 10 or 24 hour DUI school (ADSAC course).  All first offenders must attend a 10 hour ADSAC course.  All second or subsequent offenders must attend a 24 hour ADSAC course.  These are the only requirements for those with a revocation prior to July 1, 2003.

For those offenders receiving an alcohol and drug related license revocation on or after July 1, 2003, you must obtain an ADSAC assessment and  complete all recommendations identified by the assessment that are required for license reinstatement.
