ADSAC (DUI) AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENTS

 One Stop Assessment Services Available: 

• DUI Assessments (State Certified)
• Court Related Substance Abuse Assessments

Appointments are offered:

• Daytime
• Weeknights
• Weekends

Payment plans and sliding scale rates are offered to all clients: 

• DUI Assessments: $75.00-$90.00 down, 30-days to pay, the total cost being $175.00.
• Substance Abuse Assessments $50.00-$75.00 down, 30-days to pay

The following is an outline of the DUI services SOS  offers after DUI assessment is completed: 

• Level 1 DUI Services: (Ct. will be involved in services for 1-week)
  • 10-hr. Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)
  • Victims Impact Panel
     
• Level 2 Services: (Ct. will be involved in services for 6-weeks)
  • 24-hr. Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)
  • Victims Impact Panel
     
• Level 3 DUI Services: (Ct. will be involved in services for 12-weeks)
  • 24-hr. Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)
  • Victims Impact Panel

Followed by

• Coping Skills (6-wks.), or Anger Management (6-wks.), or Outpatient Substance Abuse Group (6-wks.)
   
• Level 4 DUI Services: (Ct. will be involved in services for 12-weeks)
  • 24-hr. Alcohol & Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC)

Concurrent with

• Outpatient Substance Abuse Group (12-wks.)

and

• 12-weeks of self-help (AA, NA) meetings Outpatient Substance Abuse Therapy
   
• Level 5 DUI Services: (Ct. will be involved in services for 12-weeks)
  • Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Services (9 hours per week for 6-wks.)

and

• 12-weeks of self-help (AA, NA) meetings Outpatient Substance Abuse Therapy

Followed by: Up to 6-weeks Aftercare/Relapse Prevention Program
